Alsace Wine Dinner with Hal Wilson and Bill Brogan

Join us for a very special evening hosted by Hal Wilson, Founder & Director of Cambridge Wine Merchants, alongside Bill Brogan, General Manager at Market House, as we explore the wines and flavours of Alsace.

The evening begins with a glass of Crémant d’Alsace from Bruno Sorg, setting the tone for a relaxed and elegant night. From there, you’ll be guided through a carefully chosen selection — from vibrant Riesling by Domaine Rolly Gassmann, to the expressive Zind from Domaine Zind-Humbrecht, and the mineral-driven Pinot Gris Roche Volcanique.

As the evening unfolds, you’ll enjoy the aromatic Gewurztraminer from Famille Hugel, before finishing with something truly special — a beautifully aged Pinot Gris Vendanges Tardives from Rolly Gassmann.

Each wine is thoughtfully paired with a seasonal five-course menu from our wonderful chefs, creating a relaxed and memorable dining experience.
