Here at Market House alongside ResDiary, we aim to make your booking process as smooth as possible. Online bookings can be made for groups of up to 6 people. For parties larger than 6 guests, please call us on 01223 455560 or email email@example.com. All bookings require card details to confirm your reservation.
At Market House, a £20 deposit per guest is required when booking any restaurant table. The deposited amount will be deducted from your total bill upon your arrival.
For parties that require a pre-order, we request for the final order to be sent to us via email 5 days prior to the booking.
Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team, and although we will do everything we can to allocate a table in your preferred area of the dining room, we cannot always guarantee this. We allocate a specific time of 2 hours for each table to ensure everyone gets to enjoy the pleasure of Market House. Exceptions will be adjusted accordingly for specific purposes and requirements.
Please make sure your contact details (telephone no., email, home address) are correct when placing a booking. Once your booking has been placed, you will receive an automatic email with confirmation. If you haven’t received the booking confirmation email please check your spam/junk folder (please allow at least 30 minutes before contacting us.)
Your table will be released if we have not been contacted within 15 minutes of your original booking time, due to the nature and demand of Market House and cancellation charges will be applied. If you are running late please inform us at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment so we can try to cater around your new arrival time. If informed we may be able to push your reservation to a later time, this is to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests.
Please note our menus are subject to change as we base our dishes seasonally. Please keep an eye out for our current running menu to ensure we have the correct updated allergen information for you.
Cancellations can be made via telephone on (01223 455560) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and will be accepted and the deposited amount returned (48 hours) before the date of your booking. In the event that the booking is not honoured or is cancelled with less than (48 hours) notice, a fee of £20 per person would be charged to the card that made the original booking.
For special events and dinners, different terms and conditions may apply.
Market House reserves the right to cancel any booking without the correct information from bookings or adherence to any terms and conditions of the booking policy.
